By using the MURTII website (murtii.com), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Products
MURTII sells premium 3D printed deity idols and figurines crafted using FDM and Resin printing technology at 0.1mm layer resolution. All product images are for illustrative purposes. Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor variations may occur between the product image and the actual item. We strive to maintain the highest quality standards, and each product undergoes a multi-step quality check before shipping.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price applicable to your order will be the price confirmed at the time of purchase. Shipping charges are additional unless your order exceeds ₹999, in which case shipping is free across India.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer pan-India delivery through trusted courier partners. Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. Delivery to remote areas may take an additional 2-3 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or circumstances beyond our control. Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹999.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products received with manufacturing defects or damage during transit. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with photographs of the defect. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. Custom orders and limited edition items are not eligible for returns unless defective.
Intellectual Property
All content on the MURTII website, including but not limited to product images, descriptions, logos, and design elements, is the intellectual property of MURTII and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
MURTII shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
